She is also a very effective mentor and decision maker of the company. Pramod Kumar – Director
Pramod Kumar, the esteemed Director at Mediline Biotex and also Executive Director at MedBiotrix Pharma Pvt. Ltd., brings over more than 30 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical supply chain industry. His distinguished career is marked by significant contributions to some of the most renowned pharmaceutical companies, including Tata Pharma Ltd., Aristo, Dr. Reddy’s, Lupin, Wockhardt, Biocon, and Medibox, India’s first digital pharma platform. Throughout his career, Pramod Kumar has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. His tenure at Biocon Limited, where he served as General Manager – Head of Distribution and Hospitals for the Branded Formulation Business in India and SAARC countries, underscores his expertise in managing large-scale operations and driving business growth. Pramod Kumar’s dedication and stellar performance have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the Chairman’s Award for FY 2010-11 and FY 2017-18, presented by Mrs. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw. With a robust background in pharmaceutical distribution and a commitment to excellence, Pramod Kumar continues to lead MedBiotrix Pharma towards new heights in the global market, ensuring the delivery of high-quality critical care and emergency medicines.
