Our team
Every principal and every institutional buyer gets a person — someone who knows their stock, their SOP and their delivery windows, and who answers the phone. These are the people who run it.
Leadership
Neither of them came to this from a desk. Between them they have spent decades inside pharmaceutical distribution — the loading bay, the cold room, the hospital pharmacy — before running it.
Founder & Managing Director
Nisha started Mediline Biotex Pvt. Ltd. and leads its three main businesses: carrying & forwarding (CFA), CSA operations and supplies to corporate hospitals. She makes the key decisions for the company — which companies to partner with, which areas to serve and how to grow.
Director
Pramod Kumar has more than 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain. At Biocon, he was General Manager and Head of Distribution & Hospitals for India and the SAARC countries. He won Biocon’s Chairman’s Award twice, in FY 2010–11 and FY 2017–18.
Function heads
Operations, commercial and finance. Between them they cover goods-in to proof of delivery, and the paperwork on both sides of it.
Head – Operations · Warehouse
Vishal runs the warehouse and every consignment that leaves it — despatch planning, delivery scheduling, routes and order fulfilment. He and his team track each shipment through to confirmed delivery, and are the first call when a customer needs a delivery sorted.
Head – Commercial · Hospital & CFA business operations
Rajesh leads the commercial side of the hospital and CFA business, with sales billing at its centre. His team makes sure every invoice is accurate and GST-compliant, and handles customers’ billing queries through to resolution.
Head – Financial Accounts
Gopal heads financial accounts — budgeting, cash flow, receivables and payables, reconciliations and reporting. He also coordinates audits and statutory compliance, keeping the company’s books transparent and ready for decisions.
Not a dramatic cold chain breach. A batch query that sits unanswered for three days, a report that arrives a week late, a hospital pharmacist who cannot find out whether the stock is coming. One named operations lead per principal is the cheapest fix in this industry, and most distributors still do not do it.
